NXGEN Lifting Hire Desk Controller
Due to continued growth NXGEN Lifting are looking for a motivated and organised Hire Desk Controller to join our Warrington depot team. This is a fast-paced role supporting customers, coordinating multiple hires and helping keep depot operations running efficiently. You will be working closely with customers, lift personnel, transport planning and suppliers to ensure plant and equipment are delivered safely and on time.
The hours for this role are 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Taking hire enquiries and processing bookings
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Managing plant availability through a live hire system
- Supporting transport and depot operations
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Raising contracts and completing hire paperwork
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Building strong customer relationships
- Providing quotes and chasing quotes

Before applying
- Do you have previous experience working in a plant hire or depot environment?
- Do you have experience using hire, logistics or scheduling systems (for example InspHire or similar)?
- This role is based at our Warrington depot. Are you able to reliably commute to site each day?
- Have you previously worked in a fast-paced office with high call volumes and changing priorities?
Experience required
- Plant hire, customer service: 2 years (min)
- Salary is to be discussed dependant on experience
