The EA First team are growing and in line with our expansion plans, we’re excited to open applications for three proactive recruiters to join us.

This is a 360 role, so we’re looking as a minimum for Consultants who already have recruitment experience, are confident doing new business development, have existing strong client relationships and are used to managing the recruitment process end to end.

If you’re more experienced and in a senior role at the moment, we’d love to hear from you and can offer a Director level role for the right candidate.

We’re open to what area of specialism you recruit in, whether you prefer recruiting for permanent or temporary vacancies (or both) and none of our team are restricted by location, so sky’s the limit!

Location: Girton

Hours: Monday-Friday – Full-time

Salary: Depending on experience we offer high, market-leading base salaries plus uncapped commission.
