Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for multiple roles supporting Accelerec’s AI-driven recruitment platform. Team members may be involved in activities such as managing job postings, coordinating candidate pipelines, and optimizing workflows within the Applicant Tracking System. Daily tasks can include reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, collaborating with hiring teams, and improving candidate experience through structured communication. Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may also include data analysis for recruitment metrics, assisting with client onboarding, configuring customized hiring workflows, and contributing to process improvements. All roles require consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations, including managing applicant pipelines and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR software, or other recruitment technologies; ability to learn and use AI-powered tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions or projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with candidates in a professional manner.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting hiring data and metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining reliability, accountability, and proactive collaboration.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with openness to continuous learning in a fast-evolving, AI-driven recruitment landscape.
  • Relevant education or experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Data Analysis, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus but not required.
