Role Description
The Hiring Fractional CFO role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the financial strategy and oversight of Express Turbo Delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Developing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Reviewing financial statements
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for management and stakeholders
- Monitoring cash flow, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Advising on cost optimization and investment decisions
- Maintaining financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborating closely with leadership on pricing strategies, growth initiatives, risk management, and capital requirements
- Providing clear financial insights to support decision-making

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in overseeing Financial Planning and budgeting processes.
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in senior finance, CFO, or fractional CFO roles, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or high-growth businesses.
- Knowledge of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost-control strategies.
- Comfort working remotely with cross-functional teams and using digital tools for collaboration and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear, practical terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage.
