Hiring: Onsite Lead – Environment Management Team | Contract

Minimum Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Onsite Lead – Environment Management professional with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, API management, CI/CD, release management, deployment, and environment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and deploy API functionalities across non-production environments.
- Support API pipelines and CI/CD build and release processes using Azure DevOps.
- Manage certificate lifecycle, renewal, and associated environment requirements.
- Drive cost optimization for API and cloud resources.
- Manage incidents, changes, service requests, and environment-related issues.
- Support interim, emergency, and major releases.
- Coordinate deployment activities and ensure release readiness.
- Manage DevOps users, permissions, access, and service accounts.
- Perform environment cleanup, decommissioning, migration, and upgrade activities.
- Support service improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Provide support for additional projects, integrations, CRs, and transformation initiatives.
- Maintain stable and production-like non-production environments to support development, testing, and release activities.

The role will cover Environment Management, Release Coordination, Command Centre Operations, API Support, Frontend Support, Environment Refreshes, and Vulnerability Management.

Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
- Hands-on experience in API and environment management.
- Strong release and deployment management background.
- Experience managing non-production environments across enterprise applications.
- Strong incident, change, and service management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage environment-related priorities independently.
