Hiring: PLM-Windchill AMS Senior Engineer | Contract
Location: Stevenage, UK
Work Mode: Fully Onsite – 5 days per week
Job Type: Contract
Important Note: We can only consider candidates who have completed SC Clearance or are SC Eligible.
We are looking for an experienced PLM-Windchill AMS Senior Engineer to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill development, customization, configuration, integration, and support across enterprise environments.
Experience Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Windchill development and support.
- Strong experience working with PLM solutions and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink modules including Change Management, Document Management, and BOM Management.
- Develop and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and business rules.
- Integrate Windchill with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill performance, access, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective PLM solutions.
- Support ongoing AMS activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windchill 13.x.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
