We’re looking for a hands-on HIU Engineer to join a growing team responsible for maintaining and improving large-scale heating and industrial heating networks.
What you’ll be doing
- Install, commission, service and maintain HIUs and associated heating network equipment.
- Diagnose and repair heating and hot water faults.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Investigate issues with heating, hot water, pressure, flow rates and temperature.
- Undertake hydraulic and system checks where required.
- Work on a range of HIU manufacturers and models.
- Complete repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturers' specifications and company procedures.
- Carry out accurate reporting and documentation of all works undertaken.
- Liaise professionally with residents, customers, managing agents and other stakeholders.
