Location: Cromwell Community College, Chatteris, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Permanent, 35.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary (Actual): ALT Grade F - £23,884.73 to £25,481.92

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to help shape positive outcomes for pupils through high-quality learning support, strong pastoral care and a personalised approach to education. - Deliver and adapt learning activities for individuals, groups and classes under the direction of teaching staff.
- Support pupils with additional learning, social, emotional, behavioural and pastoral needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Contribute to planning, assessment, progress monitoring and the implementation of individual learning and development plans.
- Provide short-term class supervision and support pupils during examinations, including facilitating access arrangements where required (training provided).
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
