Oasis Academy Warndon is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to provide high-quality teaching and learning across the academy, delivering planned lessons to classes during teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring all pupils receive engaging, inclusive and inspiring learning experiences that enable them to thrive.
About The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver lessons across a range of year groups following teachers' planning.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils to achieve their full academic, social and emotional potential.
- Assess learning and provide feedback in line with academy expectations.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support excellent outcomes for all pupils.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds HLTA status or an equivalent qualification.
- Has experience of working across the primary age range.
- Is passionate about supporting children to succeed.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Has high expectations of learning, achievement, and behaviour.
- Works effectively as part of a team whilst being confident to lead whole-class learning independently.
- Shares our commitment to inclusion, equality, and safeguarding.
