Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join our team to support in Primary school settings. This role involves supporting classroom activities, promoting students' educational and social growth, and helping create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working across the whole primary school to provide planned PPA cover, leadership release time, staff training cover, and occasional emergency absence cover.
- Teaching lessons planned by a qualified teacher.
- Delivering group interventions to support pupils' learning.
- This is a varied and rewarding role with lots of opportunities to make a difference.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational setting is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 4 HLTA certificate or a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team setting.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
