Ready to impact a better future?

As an HMO and Licensing Co-ordinator in our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services (AASC) team, you’ll help ensure our property portfolio remains fully compliant with licensing requirements. Your work will support safe, suitable accommodation for people in our care while helping us meet contractual and legal obligations.

This is a role where your work has purpose. By coordinating property licensing activity, working closely with local authorities, landlords and operational teams, and maintaining accurate records, you’ll create impactful solutions that support compliance, build trust and make a positive impact on communities. You'll play an important part in helping us impact a better future.

What you’ll do as a HMO and Licensing Co-ordinator

  • Take ownership of property licensing activity across the portfolio, identifying properties that require mandatory licensing and ensuring applications are progressed effectively.
  • Submit licence applications to local authorities and maintain accurate records and updates within internal systems.
  • Build positive working relationships with local authorities, landlords and internal stakeholders to support compliance and consistent communication.
  • Monitor licence renewal dates, enforcement notices and compliance requirements, ensuring actions are taken within agreed timescales.
  • Produce accurate data, reports and management information to support operational performance and decision-making.
  • Manage licence-related purchases, documentation and reconciliations, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

Does this sound like you?

  • Experience of coordinating multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail at all times.
  • Knowledge of the housing, property management or supported accommodation sector would be beneficial but is not considered essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other information technology systems to manage data and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, use sound judgement and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
