Are you a High Net Worth Underwriter who enjoys winning business, not simply servicing an existing portfolio?

We are exclusively partnering with a well-backed, entrepreneurial MGU that is expanding into the High Net Worth market and is looking for a Development Underwriter to help establish and grow a brand-new proposition.

This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of an exciting growth journey, helping shape a specialist portfolio focused on complex High Net Worth risks beyond the traditional mid-net-worth space. You'll have the autonomy to trade, the authority to make decisions, and the backing of a business built to move quickly.

In short

  • Join at launch and help establish a new High Net Worth proposition
  • Genuine underwriting authority with the freedom to trade commercially
  • Leverage and build your own broker panel and portfolio from the ground up
  • Entrepreneurial culture where underwriters are trusted to make decisions
  • Strong insurer backing with the agility of an MGA

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
