The Company
Join a fast-growing specialist financial investment business with more than 10 years’ trading history and revenues exceeding £100m. The company has built a strong reputation in its market and is regularly featured in leading national and international financial media. This is a high-performance but non-corporate environment with a major advantage: no cold calling. The business invests heavily in marketing and generates a strong flow of warm inbound enquiries from people actively looking to invest.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Investment Sales Executive to join a successful sales team. You will manage inbound enquiries from private investors, high-net-worth individuals and professional advisers, guiding clients through specialist investment opportunities and converting enquiries into sales.
This is a consultative sales role requiring strong communication, commercial judgement and the ability to build trust quickly. Leads are provided, but you will need to proactively follow up opportunities and close business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
