About the role

Our client is a premium health and wellbeing business with a Health Concierge service that matches people with the right practitioner, or a whole team of practitioners, for their health goals. Their highest-value clients are high-net-worth individuals who want a complete, multidisciplinary health team plus diagnostics. Today, too many of those clients arrive by chance or through individual relationships.

This is where you come in. As HNW Partnerships Lead, you'll build a repeatable route to these clients. You'll run LinkedIn outbound into corporate employers that offer private medical insurance (PMI), spot high-value potential among the clients our client already wins, and build the partnerships that bring high-net-worth clients through the door. This individual contributor role has a direct impact on revenue: you'll turn the business's most valuable client segment into a measurable, forecastable revenue line.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnerships and collaborations (around 30% of your time): building relationships with the people and businesses closest to high-net-worth individuals, including prime real estate, executive assistant networks, luxury event planners, private members' clubs, luxury retail and high-end diagnostics providers
  • LinkedIn outbound (around 30%): running disciplined, high-volume outreach into PMI-covered employers from a shared target list, working alongside our client's on-the-ground corporate activation team
  • Identifying and nurturing high-value clients (around 20%): screening existing clients and loyalty members for high-value potential, researching each one and nurturing the right ones over weeks and months
  • Testing and solutioning (around 15%): designing, running and writing up structured tests to improve conversion, such as a new partner format, outreach angle or client experience
  • Pipeline and CRM (around 5%): keeping accurate records in the CRM (GoHighLevel) and tracking activity and conversion at every stage

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
