About the Role
Due to continued expansion across all divisions of Panthera Group, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, preparing quotations, and increasing revenue across Panthera Group’s product and service divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
- Prepare and provide quotations for our award-winning hoarding systems and wider product range.
- Promote and sell Panthera Group’s products and services.
- Build and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
- Forecast sales activity, develop account growth strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Negotiate with clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Take ownership of revenue generation and account performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and administration.

About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving results.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven sales or account management experience (essential).
- Experience managing customer relationships and developing accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and numerical skills.
- Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and standard business software.
- A determined attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed expectations.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the construction industry, temporary works, or a related sector.
