Hoarding Installation Supervisor
Location
National - UK Wide Mobile
Duties
- Supervise hoarding installation projects across multiple locations nationwide.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and brief installation teams before works commence.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Temporary Works Designs (TWDs).
- Complete daily reviews and sign-off of completed works.
- Manage and issue Friday Packs and associated project documentation.
- Provide regular progress updates and completed works trackers.
- Liaise with the Select Commercial Team regarding completed quantities and CVIs.
- Produce forecasts for upcoming works and resource requirements.
- Manage Datascope delivery bookings and Laing O'Rourke induction requirements.
- Prepare and issue RAMS and associated task sheets.
- Monitor and manage health, safety and environmental performance on site.
- Complete Intelex reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with clients from pre-start meetings through to project handover and completion.

Experience/Skills Required
- Valid CSCS Gold Skilled Card.
- Carpentry NVQ desirable.
- IOSH qualification.
- HSE Supervisor Test.
- Proven experience within hoarding installation projects.
- Strong supervisory and people management skills.
- Good understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Experience managing documentation, trackers and reporting systems.
- Ability to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
