Project description:

Support client's development efforts related to their instance of Hogan IDS. Work will be on a staff augmentation basis, directed by the client day to day.

Responsibilities:

Provide Hogan IDS development capability - may include, but not be limited to technical design, coding, unit testing, support for advanced testing and production migration. Proficiency in Hogan IDS is a must and preference for additional knowledge and experience in Hogan CIS.

Ideal candidate will be highly skilled as a Mainframe Engineer with hands on experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, PCDs, CA-7 scheduling, APIs. This Engineer will work on Hogan IDS platform supporting the DDA and TDA functions and its integration with a vendor platform (Zafin). The Engineer will be counted on to provide expertise for technical issues, supporting mainframe file processing, Business Continuity Planning exercises and implementation while delivering highly critical business capabilities to meet the aggressive Modernization journey roadmap.

Skills:

  • Must have proven Hogan IDS knowledge and experience.
  • Hogan Technical - Mainframe/COBOL - 10+ yrs Hogan
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in other Hogan applications, specifically Hogan CIS.
  • Experience in Hogan integration with Zafin (vendor) platform.

Languages:

  • English: C2 Proficient
