Role Overview
You will play a key role as a Project Manager for data center and logistics development projects in Hokkaido, a rapidly growing and dynamic market. You will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, from planning through execution to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- プロジェクトの計画立案から実行・完遂までの統括管理
- 全体スケジュールの策定および進捗管理
- 建設における品質管理の推進
- 施工現場における安全管理の監督
- 施工工程（スケジュール）の作成および最適化
- 関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じた情報収集ならびに課題解決
- 会議のファシリテーションおよび関係者との合意形成

Skills and Qualifications
- 建設における品質管理の実務経験
- 施工現場の安全管理の実務経験
- 施工工程の作成経験
- 高い情報収集力・コミュニケーション能力
- 会議運営・ファシリテーション能力
- 北海道札幌市にて勤務可能な方
