Holiday Camp Activity Leaders, Performing Arts Teachers & SEND Support Staff
Bedworth, Nuneaton, Rugby and surrounding areas
We’re looking for experienced, reliable and enthusiastic people to join our growing team.
Strong Roots provides performing arts and creative activities where children can have fun, build confidence and feel they belong. We’d love to hear from:
- Performing arts, dance, drama and singing teachers
- Sports teachers and activity leaders
- SEND support staff
- Other professionals experienced in delivering children’s activities
Our holiday camps include dancing, acting, singing, games, team challenges, crafts and imaginative play. You don’t need to specialise in everything. We value the different skills and ideas each person brings.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with children, communicate well and can help create a welcoming, inclusive environment. You’ll need relevant experience, a reliable approach and a commitment to safeguarding. Roles are subject to appropriate checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
