Role Description
The Holiday Camp Supervisor is a part-time, on-site role based in Liverpool. This role involves leading and supervising daily holiday camp activities, including fitness games, sports, and wellbeing sessions for children and young people. The supervisor plans and organizes schedules, ensures all activities are delivered safely, and maintains an energetic, positive environment.

- Monitoring attendance
- Supporting participants’ individual needs
- Managing behavior
- Communicating with parents or guardians about camp routines and updates
The Holiday Camp Supervisor also works with other team members to uphold safeguarding standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising children or young people in group settings such as camps, clubs, schools, or sports programs.
- Knowledge of basic fitness, sport, or physical activity principles and an interest in promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Able to run and supervise arts and crafts activities suitable for primary school children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage group dynamics calmly and fairly.
- Organizational skills to plan sessions, manage schedules, and ensure smooth delivery of daily activities.
- Ability to maintain a safe environment, including awareness of health and safety practices and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Relevant certifications such as first aid, child safeguarding, or coaching qualifications are highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in education, childcare, coaching, or youth work is an advantage.
- Availability to work during school holiday periods and to be on-site in Liverpool for scheduled camp hours. (8:30-3pm)
