🌟 WE’RE HIRING! HOLIDAY CLUB EYFS LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED LEADER 🌟
📍 Staines Preparatory School, Staines, TW18 2BT
📅 Monday 19th – Friday 30th October 2026 | October Half Term
💷 £14.00 per hour + holiday pay
⏰ 8:00am – 6:30pm
📋 Casual Contract | Up to 40 hours per week
🌈 Passionate about Early Years? Ready to lead an amazing holiday club? We're looking for a passionate, caring and experienced EYFS Level 3 Qualified Leader to join our team at Staines Preparatory School during the October Half Term Holiday Club.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years professional who has the qualification, experience and enthusiasm to help create an exciting, safe and memorable holiday experience for children.
About the Role
As our EYFS Level 3 Qualified Holiday Club Leader, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the holiday club, helping to create a safe, fun, engaging and inclusive environment for every child.
You will:
- Lead and support the day-to-day running of the holiday club
- Supervise and engage with children throughout the day
- Plan and support fun, creative and age-appropriate activities
- Encourage children to participate, make friends and have fun
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Recognise and support children's individual needs and interests
- Work closely with Playworkers and other members of the team
- Promote children's wellbeing, safety and positive behaviour
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety and company procedures
- Help ensure every child has a happy, positive and memorable holiday club experience

Essential Qualification
Applicants must hold a recognised UK Level 3 Early Years / Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) qualification to be considered for this role. We welcome applicants with any recognised UK Level 3 EYFS/Early Years qualification. The specific qualification title does not need to be the same, provided it is recognised in the UK and suitable for working within an early years/EYFS setting.
Relevant experience working with children is also required, along with a genuine passion for providing children with a safe, happy and enjoyable holiday experience.
