Holiday Club Leader
Full Time | School Holiday Working Pattern

Highcliffe St Mark Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Holiday Club Leader to develop and lead an exciting holiday club where children feel safe, valued and inspired to have fun.

As Holiday Club Leader, you will lead and manage a team of childcare assistants, ensuring our holiday provision is safe, welcoming, inclusive and full of engaging activities. From sports and games to crafts, outdoor adventures and special themed days, you will bring energy, creativity and organisation to every holiday.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the holiday club.
- Manage, support and inspire a team of childcare assistants.
- Plan and deliver a varied and engaging programme of play-based activities.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, welfare, health and safety.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Ensure every child feels included, valued and able to participate.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the provision.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working with children in a childcare, education or play setting.
- Has experience leading or supervising adults.
- Is warm, approachable and enthusiastic.
- Can create a positive, inclusive and fun environment.
- Is highly organised and able to work independently.
- Shares our commitment to putting children at the heart of everything we do.
- Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Working Pattern
The successful candidate will work throughout the school holiday periods, including half terms, Easter and summer holidays.

- Bank Holidays
