Let's Play is seeking individuals to deliver various activities during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays at Windsor Leisure Centre, Windsor. This role involves providing high-quality sessions for children aged 5-12 of mixed abilities.
Daily Programme
- Activities include Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle/Soft Play, Team Games, Esports, Lazer Tag, Nerf Wars, Lego Building, and Arts n Crafts.

Essential Requirements
- Keen interest and passion in working with primary-aged children.
- Willingness to develop skills and coaching abilities.
- Punctual, Reliable, and Committed.
- Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact well with children, teachers, and parents.

Preferred Requirements
- Clean UK driver’s license.
- Experience in a childcare setting.
- Experience or willingness to deliver activities such as Arts n Crafts and Multi-Sports.
- Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College, or University.
- Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification.
- Level 1 (or above) Sports coaching qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver challenging, realistic, and fun sessions for primary-aged children.
- Create a positive learning environment.
- Consistently deliver the coaching program to a high standard.
- Follow our coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive, and Educational.
- Understand and meet the individual needs of children.
- Handle first aid/emergency situations.
- Liaise effectively with parents/carers.
- Be committed to delivering each session to the best of your ability.
- Be creative and passionate in your delivery.
