Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Holiday Home Advisor role based at Haven’s park in Ayr. The Holiday Home Advisor will support prospective and existing holiday home owners by providing information on ownership options, park facilities, and available holiday homes. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves working closely with sales, reception, and operations teams to coordinate viewings, follow up on leads, and maintain high standards of customer service. The Holiday Home Advisor will also assist with events and activities aimed at attracting new owners and nurturing long-term relationships with existing owners.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of guests and potential owners.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, presenting ownership options clearly, and supporting the completion of sales processes in a compliant manner.
  • Organisational and administrative skills, such as maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and managing appointments and viewings efficiently.
  • Teamworking and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with park colleagues across reception, operations, and sales.
  • Basic IT proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and customer management systems, and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, property, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak holiday periods, and to remain professional and welcoming in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local Ayr area and the wider holiday market is an advantage, along with a genuine interest in helping people enjoy holiday home ownership.
