Join Parkdean Resorts as a Holiday Homes Sales Support Manager
Play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence. You’ll support the sales team by managing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth journey from enquiry to ownership.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing...
- Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the team
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to maximise leads
- Oversee customer appointments, park tours, and handovers
- Act as a key contact for customer queries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain accurate documentation, CRM records, and stock listings
- Analyse sales data and gather feedback to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety
About you...
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Experience supporting or leading successful sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, driven, and passionate about exceeding targets
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
