Holiday Home Sales Stock Controller
Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire
Salary: £26,507.98
Job type: Permanent 40hrs
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for an organised stock controller at Tattershall Lakes, our biggest and busiest resort. Your task will be to manage and improve our stock control processes, essentially aiding our Holiday Home Sales team in achieving their commercial targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be controlling our management of stock to ensure our Holiday Homes are sited, presented and maintained to an exceptional standard whilst striving to discover opportunities for improvements. You will form part of a team to help ensure our Holiday Homeowners purchase a holiday home that is suitable presented. Your responsibilities will include:
- Knowledge of the parks inventory and location
- Conducting PDI (Post Deliver Inspection) on all holiday homes within 72 hours of delivery and on appraisal
- Ensuring our sales units are suitably prepared for sale organising cleaning, repairs, presentation standards and handed over.
- Ensuring stock units are level and have aerials and regulators have been removed
- Liaising with the Holiday Home Aftersales and Administration departments
- Liaising with in house and external contractors where required

- Basic computer skills
- A good level of organisational skills, proactive thinking and initiative being able to reach tight deadlines on occasions and possess a “can do” attitude.
- Great eye for detail
It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience in a holiday park, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide plenty of training.
