The Role

Erskine Stewart Melville are currently recruiting for a Holiday Multisport Coach and Sports Club Attendant to join the ESM Sports Centre on a temporary basis for the duration of the October holiday camp. The dates of camp are 12 October to 25 October, inclusive. The successful candidates will be required to attend an induction session before camp begins for approximately 2 hours.

This role is temporary for two weeks of coaching, a total of 40 hours per week, split over 5 shifts.

The successful candidates will be paid at a rate of £12.83 per hour.

The role will be based at the Queensferry Road site.

The purpose of the role is to deliver fun, engaging and well-organised sports activities for children and young people attending our camps while also supporting the wider operation of the Sports Club.

The successful candidate must be a forward-thinking coach who understands a games-based and constraint led coaching approach, they must have the ability adhere to and follow instructions for current industry guidance ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and the ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload with good attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a school setting and/or a gym or fitness centre is preferred.
