The posts are based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: £26,227.50 p.a. + up to £5,000 on target earnings each year

Fixed term contract for 6 months
Working Hours
Will Be On a Rota Basis
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 / 09:30 - 18:00 / 10:30 - 19:00 (winter only)
- Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00. Usually 3 weekend days each month.
About The Role
You will work as part of our sales team to coordinate complex inquiries and holiday costings. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and agents and offer expert guidance and specialist information to customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Service incoming calls and emails from direct customers and travel agents with an outstanding, friendly approach to customer service.
- Strive to achieve individual and team KPI's set in line with department standards.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer/agent's requirements to meet expectations for our brand to ensure the right holiday is found to meet their needs.
- Enhance customers' holidays by offering additional holiday extras/items to reinforce the benefit of booking through us, and not a competitor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Work closely with team members to promote a strong team ethic.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and pro-actively chase leads to create sales.
- Respond quickly, accurately and effectively to enquiries.
- Execute all assigned tasks efficiently to meet sales and service targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors.
- Deliver an end-to-end guest experience.

Am I the right person?
We are looking for your application to demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of European walking/hiking or winter sports destinations.
- Experience of working in a customer service or sales role.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience of communicating with customers on the telephone.
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to work in, and contribute to a team.
- Strong computer and numeracy skills.
- Passion for travel.
