Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner
About the Opportunity
MinganaX Ltd is seeking a Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner to join its developing private wellbeing ecosystem.
The role is focused on supporting individuals through a holistic, person-centred approach to wellbeing, lifestyle, personal development, and practical wellbeing goals.
You will work with clients to understand their individual circumstances, provide appropriate wellbeing guidance, maintain professional records, and contribute to a positive and respectful client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured wellbeing conversations and client assessments.
- Support clients in identifying personal wellbeing goals.
- Provide non-medical holistic wellbeing guidance and practical support.
- Develop appropriate wellbeing plans based on individual circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Participate in internal case discussions where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the MinganaX team.
- Maintain professional boundaries and respect client confidentiality.
- Keep appropriate records of client interactions and agreed actions.
- Follow MinganaX internal policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.

Important Role Information
This is a non-medical wellbeing role. The position does not involve diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing medication, or providing medical treatment unless the practitioner separately holds the legally required professional registration and is acting within their authorised scope of practice.
