A well-established UK wealth management business with over 30 years in the market is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join its Wealth Planning division in a predominantly remote role.

  • Home-based role, providing excellent flexibility and autonomy
  • Supporting allocated advisers on holistic financial planning across investments, retirement, tax, estate planning, and protection
  • Involvement throughout the full advice process, including technical analysis, research, and suitability report writing
  • Just 2 days per month required in either the Bristol or Birmingham office, with travel fully expensed by the company
  • Salary of £46,000 – £48,000 + discretionary bonus, based on individual, team, and overall business performance
  • Strong benefits package including Bupa private healthcare, income protection, life assurance, private dental cover + Generous pension – 6% employer / 3% employee initially, increasing to 10% employer / 5.3% employee after six months
  • Open to career Paraplanners as well as those who may want to progress into Financial Advice in the future
