Wolfson College is seeking an exceptional Home Bursar to provide strategic and operational leadership across the College's estate and operational services. As a key member of the senior management team, the Home Bursar will be responsible for the management and development of the College's estate, grounds, accommodation, housekeeping and lodge services.
Reporting to the Bursar and working closely with the President, Fellows, staff and students, the Home Bursar will combine strategic vision with operational leadership, balancing long-term planning with the day-to-day management of a busy and complex estate. The postholder will play a central role in ensuring the College continues to provide an outstanding environment in which to live, work and study.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the College's estate and operational services.
- Manage and develop the College's estate, grounds, accommodation, housekeeping, and lodge services.
- Work closely with the Bursar, President, Fellows, staff, and students.
- Combine strategic vision with operational leadership.
- Ensure the College provides an outstanding environment for living, working, and studying.
Requirements:
- Experienced and credible leader.
- Strong track record of managing estates or operational services within a complex organisation.
- Sound judgement, strategic insight, and excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
