Job Description
We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants to provide support with diverse visits. Ideal candidates will be flexible, reliable, and able to use their own transportation.
Care Assistant Benefits
- Excellent hourly pay:
- £13.50 per hour (weekdays)
- £14.00 per hour (weekends)
- £20.25 for bank holidays
- Hour availability:
- Part-time (from 10 hours per week) or full-time/guaranteed contracts
- Minimum 1 hour per visit – allowing time to deliver high-quality care
- Separate payment for mileage, waiting, and travel time

Key Responsibilities
A Care Assistant role offers a highly rewarding career where no two days resemble the other. With minimum 1-hour care visits, tailored client support, and person-centred care, you will deliver exceptional service.
Typical duties include:
- Companionship: Ensuring clients develop regular, meaningful connections during visits.
- Assisting with everyday tasks, such as:
- Meal preparation
- Light housework
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
- Personal care, including support with:
- Bathing/showering
- Dressing/grooming
- Maintaining independence and well-being

Requirements
No prior experience in care is mandatory, but applicants must demonstrate:
- A warm, caring, and dependable personality.
- The ability to offer consistent, adaptable support.
- Reliable transport options.
