About the Role
We are recruiting Home Care Assistants for a variety of care visits. This dynamic role requires flexibility, reliability, and access to your own transportation.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Ensuring 1-hour minimum visits to provide high-quality, person-centred care
- Client matching to create meaningful support relationships
- Varied duties such as companionship, light housework, meal preparation, personal care, and accompanying clients to appointments or shopping

Responsibilities
As a Care Professional & Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Companionship
- Providing regular, meaningful social interaction for clients

Supporting Everyday Tasks
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housework
- Help with ergonomy and organisation tasks

Assisting with Outings & Appointments
- Accompanying clients to shopping or medical appointments

Personal Care Support
- Assisting with essential activities such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
- Helping maintain clients’ health and independence

Competitive pay:
- £13.50 per hour (weekdays) – guaranteed minimum
- £14.00 per hour (weekends)
- Enhanced bank holiday pay: £20.25 per hour
