Job Title: Home Care Assistant
Location: Bexhill, Battle, Hastings and Surrounding areas
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent
Salary: £13.45 - £20.17 per hour

Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings and Battle is an award-winning, private home care provider specialising in high-quality care for older people. Our Home Care Assistants support our clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
Working Hours
Service operates 7am–10pm, seven days a week (with some night work available)
- Morning shifts: 7am–2pm
- Evening shifts: 4pm–10pm
- Opportunities available for morning and evening workers
- All staff work alternate weekends

Pay & Benefits
- £13.45 per hour standard pay rate - Real Living Wage Employer!
- All travel time paid at £13.45 per hour
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile (tax-free)
- 1.5x pay on Bank and Public Holidays

No Experience Required
You do not need previous experience to become a Home Care Assistant. All we ask is that you have a caring nature, a desire to support others, and a commitment to helping people live independently in their own homes. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
