Job Description We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in the Bristol West, Portishead, and Nailsea areas. We are particularly keen to hear from people looking for part time work between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 Monday through Sunday. We offer shifts to suit your lifestyle. Be part of a team that believes in you and supports you to do your best. You’ll love working with us because: We pay £15.00 per hour Monday to Friday and £16.25 per hour for evenings and weekends. We give you double pay on bank holidays. We pay your mileage from leaving your home and between your clients. You choose when you would like to work. No visits for less than 1 hour. We will pay for your training, and ongoing development. You will achieve the City and Guilds Care Certificate. You don't have to wear a uniform. We will provide you with your PPE. We have an Employee Assistance Programme to support you through difficult times, with 24/7 confidential support. Referral schemes and discount schemes also available. Your Role You will be supporting our clients to stay in their own homes, helping to keep them safe, happy and as independent as they can be. Go home feeling good about what you have helped people achieve every day. Companionship and meaningful social interactions. Taking clients to appointments. Meal preparation and light housework, help with shopping. Personal care. Washing, dressing, medication support. Who you are You may or may not have previous experience, but you will be kind, compassionate and reliable. You will be a driver with your own vehicle. You will be able to work every other weekend.
