Job Description

Becoming a Care Professional with us:

  • Our Care Professional promise ensures you build great relationships with your clients helping you become an Exceptional Care Professional.
  • Pay rates from £13.00 - £14.00 per hour. With double pay on bank holidays!
  • Door to door mileage paid at 45p per mile between clients homes.
  • Guaranteed Hour Contracts Based on your availability.
  • Scheduled travel time 15 minutes in between client calls.
  • Employee referral bonus program.
  • Reimbursed DBS after 3 months.
  • Reimbursed training costs with first payslip.

Requirements

  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • Must be based in Charnwood or surrounding areas, with your own vehicle for travel to clients with the ability to get Business Motor Insurance.
  • Flexible and reliable.
  • Willingness to undertake training provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

We are specifically looking for Care Professionals, Care Assistants, Carers & Domiciliary Care Workers in the Charnwood South area ranging from the Loughborough area to the Syston area. All we need from you is a full UK driving license with access to your own car and the desire to care for others, we can teach you the rest! Why wouldn’t you join us?
