About the role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll join a compassionate, professional team dedicated to supporting people in their own homes. Working closely with colleagues and supervisors, you’ll provide practical help and emotional reassurance, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and valued. Together, we create a supportive environment where every team member is empowered to deliver outstanding care and make a genuine difference.

The important bits
To be a Care Assistant for Red Rose Care, you need a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle because you will be driving to clients' houses to deliver care.
