🕒 Flexible Hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)

Important Information Before You Apply
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Be able to travel throughout the St Helens area
- Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
- Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
- Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
- Supporting with light household tasks and shopping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support
- Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Travelling between clients' homes across the local community
Most importantly, you'll make a meaningful difference to people's lives every day.
