Job Description
£13.25–£13.75 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses
Location: Harlow & surrounding areas
Work Schedule: Full-time & Part-time | Morning & Evening shifts available

Join Home Instead Harlow as a Care Assistant / Support Worker / Home Carer, supporting older adults to live independently at home.
No experience required – full paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication support & mobility assistance
- Companionship and dementia care
- Meal preparation, shopping & light housekeeping
- Support with appointments and outings
- No rushed visits – focus on quality care

Pay & Benefits

- Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence & own car (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good English communication skills
