About the Role
Looking for flexible work in care? Join Home Instead Harlow as a Care Assistant / Support Worker / Home Carer, helping older adults live independently in their own homes.
No prior experience needed – full paid training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting medication management and mobility assistance
- Providing companionship and dementia care
- Helping with meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping
- Arranging and supporting appointments and outings
- Offering quality, undisturbed care with no rushed visits

- Hourly rate: £13.25–£13.75 per hour
- Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (access to a personal car is essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication skills in English
