Job Description
Home Care Assistant – Hinckley, Burbage & Nuneaton
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our team, supporting clients in their own homes within the community.
We believe in quality care, which is why our visits are a minimum of one hour – giving you the time to build genuine relationships with the people you support.
What you’ll do:
- Support clients in their own homes across Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton
- Provide a wide range of support – from housekeeping and companionship to personal care
- Help clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home
What we’re looking for:
- Caring people with a genuine desire to make a difference
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Driver with access to your own vehicle – essential
- Alternate weekend availability – essential
- Flexible approach – this is a 0-hour contract, giving you the freedom to balance work and life

Pay & Hours:
- £12.75 per hour – Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
- £13.75 per hour – Weekday evenings & early mornings
- £14.75 per hour – Weekends
- Double pay – Bank Holidays & the Christmas period
