Home Instead South Norfolk covers Thetford, Brandon, Attleborough, Long Stratton, East Harling, and Old Buckenham, while Home Instead East Suffolk supports communities across Southwold, Leiston, Aldeburgh, Saxmundham, Framlingham, Halesworth, Bungay, Harleston, and the surrounding villages.

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants to support clients with a variety of visits. Candidates should be flexible, reliable, and have access to their own transportation.

Job Description

Care Assistant Benefits

  • Excellent pay rates – £13.50 per hour (weekdays), £14.00 per hour (weekends), and enhanced bank holiday pay at £20.25 per hour

Care Professional Responsibilities

Duties can include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
