Gracious Care is a leading provider of private Care in the Bromley and Beckenham areas. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people in Orpington, Bromley, and Beckenham areas.
We understand the importance of work–life balance, which is why we offer flexible working. Tell us the hours you can manage, and we’ll do our best to match them. We offer full-time, part-time, and guaranteed hour contracts, with opportunities for day shifts, evening and weekend work, night shifts, and live-in care.
Our Care Assistants work out in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship. You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing, and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.

What we’re looking for:
- Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults.
- You must live in or within reasonable commuting distance of Orpington or Beckenham and be fully committed to delivering high-quality care.
