Home Instead Bristol East covers Hanham, Kingswood, St George, Longwell Green, Keynsham and surrounding areas. If you’re looking for a profession where you can bring your caring personality to work and change lives, look no further.

We’re looking for kind and compassionate Care Professionals who have a full driving licence and a car to accompany our clients to medical appointments and social outings. Working alternate weekends, and at least 2 evenings is a requirement.

Job Description

Care Assistant Benefits:

Care Assistant responsibilities:

With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-centred care.

Duties will include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering and dressing to enable our clients to stay as independent as possible

Qualifications

No experience is needed due to us training you for the job with our 2 workshop days, before you start!
