University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in Chelsea, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Document services provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
- Ability to pass background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
