Tasks
- Provide personalized care and support to adults with various needs, ensuring each individual's dignity and independence are respected.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and cleaning, tailoring support to their specific requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and adapt care plans accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and well-being for each service user.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, upholding the values of honesty and transparency in all interactions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving or similar role.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of person-centered care.
