Join Our Team Female Home Care Workers
Location: Chipping Norton (OX7)
Job Type: Full-Time
Goldsmith Personnel Ltd is an established, nationwide care provider with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality care services across the UK. As our services continue to grow, we are looking to recruit compassionate and dedicated Female Home Care Workers to join our team in the Chipping Norton area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:

- Personal care and assistance with daily living
- Medication support
- Meal preparation

- Supporting clients to attend appointments and access the community
What We're Looking For
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
