Registered Care Manager – Dorset
Role: Registered Care Manager
Salary: up to £42,000 + bonus
Location: Dorset
Base: TBC

Homelium is an ambitious, fast-growing domiciliary care provider, and we're looking for a Registered Branch Manager to take the reins of our established Dorset branch and drive its next phase of growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of a branch — whether you're an experienced Registered Manager or looking to step up from a Deputy, Care Coordinator, or Senior Carer role — with full support from our Head Office, including Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations.
You'll be based from our Dorset office (exact location to be confirmed), leading the team and building on the strong foundation already in place across Dorset.

The Role
- Take ownership of our Dorset branch, driving growth and expanding our client base across the local area
- Build local presence through community events, networking, and outreach
- Develop partnerships with local charities, healthcare professionals, and businesses
- Lead, support, and develop your care team, with ongoing recruitment as the branch grows
- Work closely with our Marketing team on campaigns and local awareness
- Ensure high-quality care delivery and CQC compliance
- Take full ownership of performance, growth, and day-to-day operations
About You
- Experienced in domiciliary care (Registered Manager or ready to step up)
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Confident leading a team and working independently
- Strong communicator with excellent networking skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on sustainable growth
- Driven, organised, and proactive
