- The right to work in the UK
- Reliable transport to travel between clients
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
- A caring, compassionate, and dependable nature
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently while following care plans and guidance
- A genuine passion for helping others

What you’ll be doing:
As a Care Professional, you’ll support clients to remain independent, safe, and happy at home by:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with everyday household tasks
- Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and professionalism
- Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and connected
- Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or outings
- Helping create enjoyable moments, whether that’s a trip to our Companionship Café or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation
