About Future Snoops
We’re a global forecasting agency that helps creators and brands bring ideas to life—from that first spark of inspiration to breakthrough concepts.
With deep intelligence across fashion, home, beauty, and more, our trend platform combines human insight and proprietary AI tools to uncover possibilities, explain why they matter, and turn inspiration into impact.
About the role
You'll join a small, collaborative Home + Lifestyle team within a larger global organization. Because our team is lean, every person has a meaningful influence on the work we create. We work remotely across time zones, which means success depends on ownership, thoughtful communication, curiosity, and trust.
We are looking for someone who complements the team's existing strengths while bringing new references and expertise that push our collective thinking forward. The goal is not simply to fill a role, but to expand the collective perspective and make our work stronger.
The role
At Future Snoops, the Strategist role is an entry-to mid-level position, typically suited to someone with 2–5 years of professional experience in trend, design, or a closely related field. As a Home & Lifestyle Strategist, you’ll build on that foundation by researching, analyzing, and forecasting the emerging shifts shaping the future of home and lifestyle.
This role rewards range. In a single week you might move from macro trend research to a specific holiday-focused narrative to shaping a client's color story. Your work spans color, materials, products, brands, spaces, and cultural movements, always in service of connecting what is happening today to what it means for the future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Success in this role requires equal parts researcher, strategist, storyteller, and creative thinker. You're naturally curious, enjoy connecting seemingly unrelated ideas, and know how to translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
What you'll do
- Research emerging cultural, consumer, and design shifts influencing the future of home and lifestyle.
- Shape seasonal capsules, trend reports, and timely market call-outs for our platform.
- Cover European trade shows and markets, attending key fairs and translating what you see into sharp, well-reasoned analysis.
- Support client consulting work, developing concepts, mood and color direction, and material and product recommendations, backed by clear reasoning.
- Synthesize information from diverse sources into strategic ideas that support broader trend strategy and business needs.

- Grounded in home and design. You have experience in, or a demonstrated passion for, the home and lifestyle industry. You're excited to keep building your knowledge across furniture, textiles, materials, interiors, and consumer trends.
- A self-starter. You don't wait for assignments to move forward. When you finish a project, you look ahead, identify what needs attention, and communicate where you can contribute next.
- A strong communicator. You communicate clearly, proactively, and thoughtfully. You keep teammates informed, ask questions early, and make collaboration easy across time zones.
- Team-first. You understand great teams are built through contribution. You're willing to jump in where needed, whether it's a major strategic project or a small task that moves the team forward.
- Adaptable. You enjoy variety and changing priorities. You're energized by a role where no two weeks look the same.
